We are Brian and Marci, and are among the members of a group of private investors who buy parks across the US each year. We use private finances without lengthy bank permissions to act quickly.
Our biggest difference from listing with a real estate agent is that Agents will list your park to sell it in 3–6 months. We want your park now! Having the park for sale makes a big effect.
Agents list five, 10, or even dozens of houses at once, and they rarely have time to personally inspect each one. It's no wonder a listed park takes a long time to sell while you maintain it.
